Both files are functionally the same, but someone has added comments to the sl1 version.

MCR10113 corrected this ticket by making both files identical with one another, and by including a header comment in both files noting that both source files must be updated if any change is made to either file.

Extra comments in the hardcore version will be preserved. A heading comment will be added warning developers that the source appears in two separate bound segments which must be updated in parallel if any changes are made.
The first parallel update will be done by using the hardcore version of template_slt_.alm with this new header comment in both >ldd>hard>s>bound_bootload_0.s.archive and >ldd>tools>s>bound_checker_.s.archive.
