216	Save existing help and validate_info_seg commands, and help_ subr as >obs>bound_old_help_	Gary Dixon	Gary Dixon	"When planned replacements for help, help_, and validate_info_seg (vis) routines are installed, it would be prudent to preserve working versions of the existing help and help_ as old_help (oh) and old_help_ in a new bound_old_help_ bound segment.  The existing validate_info_seg (vis) command should be moved into this bound_old_help_ segment as well.  Finally, that bound segment should be installed in the Obsolete Library (>obs, >ldd>obs, etc.).

As part of this installation, validate_info_seg (vis) should be removed from the bound_lib_utility_ bound segment.
