We're also replacing help and help_ and will putting renamed versions of these (old_help and old_help_) in >obs. 

Because validate_info_seg may be useful for comparison purposes (to test out the new verify_info functionality that replaces it), we'll keep the info segment for validate_info_seg in >doc>obs.
