    11In trying to debug this issue, a defect was found in the "print -seg history_comment.info" output.  This output shows existence to the two Seg(Info).name = "history_comment.info" structures, but no which list(s) those structures appear on.  In particular, it fails to show that only one of the structures appears on the scan_Tb list.  This defect should be cleared up as part of the repair for this Ticket.
