437	ISOLTS should support a way to suppress operator queries for ci-kit	Eric Swenson	Eric Swenson	Currently, when you start a test in ISOLTS, the operator is queried for permission and for acknowledgment that the switch settings have been properly set. In ci-kit, where ISOLTS is run in an automated fashion, this is problematic. The current ci-kit patches a version of isolts in its working directory to remove the operator queries. It would be much better if isolts could be told to skip the operator queries.	enhancement	new	major	MR12.9	Tools	MR12.5
