Update cold boot scripts and documentation to no longer define BOS hardcore partition

Description

It appears it is no longer necessary to define a BOS hardcore partition on the RPV. BOS was removed a few releases back (replaced with BCE). I successfully cold-booted an MR12.6f system with no BOS partition and it appears to run fine.

Status: new → closed

Fixed in MR12.7 version of 12.7_coldboot.ini (used to build QuickStart, so that is fixed as well).
