validate_info_seg has a separate code path for checking type of info seg, when the info seg uses
:Info: or :Internal: dividers. This 2nd code path needs to be changed to treat info names ending in
".errata.info" as General Information segs. There is no standard set of titles used in .errata.info
segments.
