Description
The update_seg command can create/update Installations.info and Installations.log files as part of performing an installation. It adds entries such as the following the Installations.info segment:
09/20/19:
Add support for history_comment entries in info segments. (MR12.6g-0030)
The date should be updated to use 4-digit years and be in this format: 2019-09-20.
