"initiate" command lacks ability to specify the segment number of the initiated segment.

Description
hcs_$initiate allows the specification of the segment number of the initiated segment (set the baseno of the segptr argument to the desired number and set seg_sw to 1).
The initiate command does not support this. A command line parameter to specify that a specific segment number is wanted, and to specify it; something akin to
-seg_no number
