"help hcs_" crashes the user process

Hi,
This happens on my two MR12.7 systems (based on the Quickstart or on the CoolBoot artifacts). Using "help hcs_" crashes the user process:
help hcs_
Error: record_quota_overflow condition by >system_library_standard>bound_info_
\crtns_|25455
(offset is relative to base of segment)
referencing !BBBKQwdJjCzWqC.temp.0327|564252 (in process dir)
(offset is relative to base of segment)
Record quota overflow.
Fatal error. Process has terminated. Unable to perform critical I/O.
New process created.

The proposed fix for this is increasing the default process directory segment quota from 1000 to 2000 records.
