Administration utility "ec master new_proj" segfaults when finishing up

Description
Perhaps 3/4 of the instances I run "ec master new_proj" I get a segment fault after the project settings are entered and (it seems) while attempting to save the resulting table. Here is an example:

I'm unable to reproduce this. I've tried to create 4 projects in a row using "ec master new_proj ProjName" and each time it succeeded. When you next get this error, would you please do:
