Description
Emacs make-wall-chart command displays dates past 1999 incorrectly. For example:
ESC X make-wall-chart
Multics Emacs Wall Chart (Fundamental mode) 12/5/116
presumably 116 is 2016 modulus 1900.

MCR10015 created for this ticket. Fix installed on GHM and will be part of next Multics release.

In 12.6f (and 12.6g prerelease), make-wall-chart shows the year as just the first two digits (e.g. "20"). This is worse than before, when it showed only the last 2 digits.
