Description

When trying to use a Multics path, the ">" are being converted to double quotes ("):

This card:
$ PRMFL C*,W,S,>UDD>SYSENG>CLAYTON>OBJ>COBHW

is coming across as:
0005 $ PRMFL C*,W,S,"UDD"SYSENG"CLAYTON"OBJ"COBHW
