Description

The first Notes section says:

Notes: Type "help vis" for information on the validate_info_seg
command, which checks for proper info seg syntax and names.

It also uses validate_info_seg in an example:

Follow the date with two spaces and the long (and short, if any)
name of the module being described; for example,

   1985-10-10  validate_info_seg, vis
   1985-09-23  ioa_
