MCS crash FNP on receiving a disconnect message from a non-configured line.

Description
If Devices.txt is incorrectly configured (lists lines that are not in the CNF) and a connection and disconnect is made to one of those lines, the FNP will send a 'line hung up' message to the MCS, causing MCS to crash the FNP.
This seems some what of an overreaction.
