rdisk_ info segment doesn't list 3381 and 3380 device types

Description

The rdisk_.info info segment includes a table of valid device IDs. The list contains d181, d190, d191, d400, d451, d500, and d501. However, in >ldd>incl>fs_dev_types.incl.pl1 defines a few others: "bulk", "3380" and "3381". It doesn't include "d191", but the rdisk_ code aliases this to d400.
