Description
This control argument was made obsolete by MCR8135. It was replaced by -purge_volume_log. But GB64-00 still documents it. It may be that there is supposed to be later version of GB64, and we just don't have a copy. In any case, we should add an errata for this documentation.
The info segment doesn't include -incr_skip_count.
