gm.info missing addname on generate_mst.info

Description

The generate_mst command has an addname -- gm. Its info segment (>doc>privileged>generate_mst.info) does not have the addname gm.info. There are no conflicting info segments with the name gm.info.

We should add the addname "gm.info" to generate_mst.info.
