mbuild Enhancements: use pcref and verify_info as mbuild requests; sort archives

Add features to mbuild:

• an mbuild request to run pcref against include files (to see which source programs reference them).
• an mbuild request to run the new verify_info command against info segs.

By default, these requests would feed all include files in the installation directory to the pcref command, and display the output. Or would feed all info segs in the installation directory to verify_info and display the output.

Change the archive_prep (arch) request to call archive_sort on all modified source and object archives before binding the object archives into a bound segment.

Change the help request to add -header (-he) which will display full pathname of info segment holding the request documentation selected for display.

Fix several other mbuild bugs as summarized in the following comments.

1) Revise Syntax comment in mbuild_Tlist_.incl.pl1.
2) Fix error message bug in mbuild_install_.pl1. Use paradigm-supplied

default directory if a specific target directory is not given in
the build script for a segment following the "target_only" paradigm.

3) Fix error in progress determination for install_ec request.
4) Detect name duplication in mbuild_data_$scan_Tb_insert. Report this

duplication in mbuild_script_parse_. (Ticket #213)

5) Change mbuild_help_ to set longer help_args.max_Lpgh value,

based on terminal page length. It should ask fewer questions
since output much faster on today's simulated terminals.

A) Tell help_ to aggregate all paragraphs that will fit on terminal

page.

B) Change default mbuild help file to: summary.topic
C) Allow searches for standard ssu_ requests:

. (self_identify)
? (summarize_requests)

D) Change order of searching directories:

a) mbuild.info

(multi-block info for most mbuild requests).

b) >doc>subsystem>ssu.TOPIC.info

(standard ssu_ requests in mbuild)

c) info search paths

(Multics cmds used as requests in mbuild)

E) Limit starname topics to searching only the (a) segment above.
F) Call check_star_name_ to validate topic.

6) Fix bug in mbuild_Tlist_$request_Seg_match_star to test the request name

against added names ONLY for Seg and UNBOUNDOBJ structures. COMPILE and
BOUNDOBJ structures do not have added names.

7) Fix intro comment for set_Seg() internal procedure of mbuild_set_.pl1.
8) Change mbuild_archive_ to do deletions from archive first; then do

replace and add operations. Doing deletions first is essential if
source archive is nearly full; space used by deleted source may be needed
when adding new sources.

9) Correct spurious message from mbuild_library_$search when searching for

segments like "help.info" that appear in many different info directories.

10) Fix bug in mbuild_data_$get_Seg handling of:

• segment being DELETEd;
• component being moved to a different bound segment.

11) Change mbuild_(analyze clean data print scan)_ to

use revised calling sequence for
mbuild_Tlist_$find_(BOUNDOBJ COMPILE Seg UNBOUNDOBJ) entrypoints, to
support search for multiple objects having same name. This can occur when
a library object is being DELETEd, and its replacement is part of a larger
segment being REPLACEd or ADDed.

12) Change mbuild_script_parse_ to diagnose attempt to DELETE a Seg not found

in the library.
