ftp_dialup_ logs garbage for logout type upon ftp hangup

Description

When an FTP user hangs up, ftp_dialup_ receives a hangup event message. This message is binary. It is included in the LOGOUT AS log message as binary and therefore a log message like this results:

   0830  as   LOGOUT             Swenson.SysAdmin.a int sty.sftp_01   0: 1 $0.08 (\400\000\000\002)

dialup_, which handles non-FTP, interactive logins and logouts, also logs an AS message upon hangup, but changes the 4-character logout type to "hngp" so that the message looks like:

   0830  as   LOGOUT             Swenson.SysAdmin.a int d.h000   0: 1 $0.08 (hngp)

ftp_dialup_ should get updated to do as dialup_ does in this case, and set the logout type to "hgnp".
